I’m a black belt karate expert and am based in Brighton & Hove: Don’t let the karate bit put you off. I have over thirty years of working in exercise, wellbeing, nutrition and competition with children, teenagers, and older people. Whether you want to get more flexible, lose weight, tone up, feel better or train for a specific goal (a marathon perhaps? A fundraising trek?) I can help. Maybe you just want to sleep better, feel more organized, supple and disciplined and improve your general fitness and muscular strength?

My personal training includes diet advice to help you eat the right foods to achieve your fitness and body shape goals. Looking at your lifestyle, habits and pressures on your time to stay fit and happy. I also offer free fitness testing and body analysis to track your progress and keep you motivated. We’ll work out a programme, approach, and timetable that suits you. You can train outdoors in one of Brighton’s parks or open spaces.
Alternatively, if you prefer your workout indoors I have access to Brighton Metropole Living Well Gym no need for membership if you are working out with me.
